HOW I THINK
01
Your vision isn't the problem. Traction is.
Most companies don't lack ideas; they lack the operating system that turns ideas into shipped work.
02
Business fluent. Systems fluent.
I've held the revenue seat and led the teams that shipped the build. The gap between those two worlds is where companies stall, and it's where I work.
03
You bring the vision. I bring the traction.
The visionary and the integrator are a partnership. I sit in the seat that makes the other seat's dreams operational.

STEAL THIS
Five questions I ask in the first hour with any company. They come from years of running EOS-style operating systems; the answers usually reveal which part of the machine is missing. Ask them of your own company before we ever talk. That's the point.
Where is this company going, in one sentence?
Ask five people. If you get five different sentences, vision is the gap.
Does every seat have exactly one owner?
Shared accountability is no accountability. If two people own a number, nobody does.
Which numbers tell you it's working, and how old are they when you see them?
Numbers you read monthly are a rearview mirror. Weekly, or it's history.
If your best person left tomorrow, is the way they work written down?
If the process lives in someone's head, you don't own it. They do.
What did you commit to ninety days ago, and did it ship?
One question, and it measures traction better than any dashboard. Most companies can't answer it.
